At Frog Mafia, all products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello.frogmafia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:

- your order number

- a description of the issue

- clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

Because each item is made especially for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

- ordering the wrong size

- changing your mind

- personal preference reasons

Please review product descriptions, sizing information, and product images carefully before placing your order.

If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us. We will review the case with our fulfillment partner and provide the next available solution based on the carrier’s tracking and claim outcome.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

All made-to-order items are considered non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
