All products are made to order. This means that each item is created after your order is placed.

Our fulfillment partner typically fulfills orders within 2–5 business days. Fulfillment times may vary depending on product type, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Shipping times depend on the destination, shipping carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times are generally:

- Domestic orders: 1–8 business days

- International orders: 1–20 business days

Estimated delivery time = fulfillment time + shipping time.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather conditions, holidays, or high order volume. Frog Mafia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

We currently sell to selected international markets shown at checkout. If your country is available at checkout, then shipping is available to your location.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout, and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer, re-shipping fees may apply.
